What’s Covered
- Replacement Coverage – If your PackMate backpack experiences any defects in materials or workmanship within two years of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.
- Free Shipping – We will cover the shipping costs for both returning the defective product and delivering the replacement.
What’s Not Covered
- Accidental Damage – Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under this warranty.
- Normal Wear and Tear – Regular wear and tear from daily use is not eligible for coverage.
- Exclusions – Damages caused by natural disasters, power surges, or other external factors beyond our control are not covered.
